Control Accounts consolidate and summarise ledger transactions and adjustment journals, offering a comprehensive view of activities and balances. This ensures clarity and accuracy in various accounts.

Supporting Documents

Users will be able to attach the necessary documents to each control account. This will help in easy review as the supporting documents will be available in the next tab of the same control account.

Review Points

The software facilitates writing review points alongside Control Accounts, notifying the preparer through the software. The preparer can leave comments, facilitating real-time communication and ensuring all actions and decisions are well-documented.

Notes and Queries

The user gets an option to write Notes and Queries related to a particular control account. Users can also reply back to the queries raised. This ensures clear communication between the preparer, reviewer and partner.

Standard Template

Each Control Account includes a standard template featuring summarised account details and detailed transaction movements. This helps in streamlining the flow of work which ultimately helps in review of the work.

Accessibility

Accessing Control Accounts is straightforward via the Accounting tab or directly by clicking on Control Account names or schedule references from reports like Trial Balance, Extended Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit or Loss statements.
